American Infrastructure Partners collaborates with communities, municipalities, and cities to address their critical local infrastructure needs. Our goal is to create newly aligned infrastructure that provides communities immediate access to essential services through real assets deployed to meet needs in education, logistics, transportation and rural broadband.
As our infrastructure investments are deployed in communities, AIP works with our partners to provide the latest technology and best practices to continuously enhance local services through experience we’ve developed over a lifetime of collaboration with communities, management and users.
With our newest project, we will be working with communities to enhance real educational assets and access to information enabling communities to create conditions for successful learning.
Our platform of logistics and postal real assets is critical for meeting the needs of cities and towns for access to goods and services.
We are committed to revitalizing America’s transportation infrastructure and work closely with community leaders to address the crisis of deteriorating critical infrastructure.
The team working as part of the predecessor company, American Infrastructure Funds (AIM), is on track to put seven replacement or upgraded bridges in service by 2024 as the only “bridge only” investment fund in the US.
We are committed to bridge the digital divide and bring reliable broadband access to rural areas. We deeply understand the challenges faced by disconnected communities and the far-reaching impact it has on their ability to access essential services.
I want to thank those from AIP and United Bridge Partners for investing in the community and more importantly for going a long way to solve a problem that has plagued the city for nearly two decades. Quote
