Language & Literacy Academy for Learning: Investing in a Campus Built Around Student Needs
How long-term financing helped a Florida charter school for students with disabilities secure a permanent campus.

Language & Literacy Academy for Learning (LLAL), located in Winter Haven, Florida, was established to provide a public charter school experience for students with disabilities while emphasizing language, literacy, communication, and social development. The school's mission is centered on helping students build the skills and confidence needed to reach their individual potential while working closely with families throughout the educational journey.
As the school expanded its programs, securing a permanent campus became an important step in supporting its long-term operations. To help make that possible, American Infrastructure Partners partnered with School Infrastructure Partners (SIP) and Grow Schools to provide long-term financing for the school's facility. Working together, the organizations supported the development of a campus designed to accommodate classrooms, specialized learning environments, and student support services.
