Meet the Team
A collaborative group with extensive experience
We value diversity of thought, inclusion, and partnership. We are determined to uplift communities in addressing their critical infrastructure needs by living our mission: to build partnerships that make a difference.
Bob has been a private equity investor for over 35 years, founding American Infrastructure Partners in 2018, and co-founding a predecessor firm in 2006.
Bob has served as a CEO, board member, and board adviser to more than 40 middle market companies over the last 35 years, helping to lead them through management transitions, significant growth initiatives, and other business transformations.
Bill brings more than 20 years of experience originating transactions in water, energy, clean-tech, renewable fuels, waste management, agriculture, infrastructure, and business services.
Keith has over 30 years of investor relations and operating experience, including 20 years as a Chief Operating Officer in the alternative investment industry.
George co-founded and was a Managing Director of both a predecessor firm and McCown De Leeuw & Co. He has more than 45 years of experience in operations, general management and investments, serving as investor, manager and/or director for more than 50 companies across a broad range of industries.
Andrew joined American Infrastructure Partners in 2026 as a Vice President, bringing experience in infrastructure and industrial technology investing along with more than eight years of U.S. Army leadership.
Barbara joined a predecessor firm in 2016. With a background in public administration and healthcare administration, she has extensive experience in building direct and constructive relationships with key stakeholders and spearheading a culture of continuous process improvement within organizations.
Isaac joined American Infrastructure Partners in 2024. He was previously an engineer and product manager in software, AI, and wholesale distribution. He holds an M.S. and B.S. from the University of Southern California.
Mehmet joined American Infrastructure Partners in 2025. He supports investment analysis across the firm's education, logistics, and transportation strategies, and studied Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University.
Farah supports American Infrastructure Partners' investor relations team, working with limited partners on reporting, communications, and ongoing relationship management.
Shelby coordinates investor relations activities at American Infrastructure Partners, supporting investor communications, CRM management, and reporting. She holds a BBA in Business Administration with a finance concentration from Gonzaga University.
Allen joined a predecessor firm in 2000. She manages all daily operations of the office and ensures the office operates efficiently and effectively.
