Bob Sick

Bob Sick has served as CEO, board member, and board adviser to more than 40 middle-market companies over the last 35 years, helping lead them through management transitions, growth initiatives, and business transformations, working alongside numerous private equity sponsors across a range of industries. He joined a predecessor firm in 2015. Today, he works with several companies across AIP's portfolio as Board Chairman or Board member, and is closely involved in AIP's new initiatives.
